Kỳ vọng
Hồi mới tải về lag tùm lum muốn quạu luôn, nhưng giờ thấy ổn định hơn nhiều. Giao diện nhìn cũng ok, tin báo cũng nhanh. Giờ có tiếng Nhật nữa nên mình cũng giới thiệu cho sếp với bạn bè người Nhật dùng. Mình hay gửi tiết kiệm với dùng thẻ vì ưu đãi tốt so với ngân hàng lớn khác.

Đổi ngân hàng vì app mới quá tệ
App mới lỗi, load chậm, dùng quá tệ. Đang gửi tiết kiệm chưa đáo hạn chứ không sẽ đóng tài khoản xoá app. Tài khoản thanh toán đã chuyển qua sử dụng ngân hàng khác. Bái bai ocb, cải tiến mà tệ gấp 1000 lần so với app cũ.
Mấy người review tốt cho 5 sao chắc là nhân viên ngân hàng bị ép buộc đánh giá 🙂
