Bad app! It's like a trap. It automatically charges mobile money to extend a mobile data package without any warning, making me spend 135,000 VND for a data package which I currently have no need. So frustrated! I will never use this app again! Viettel Money tự động dùng tiền di động để gia hạn gói cước mobile data, làm xáo trộn kế hoạch sử dụng tiền di động trong tài khoản Viettel Money của tôi. Rất không hài lòng về việc này. Tôi sẽ không sử dụng app này nữa.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with the Viettel Money app. Previously, there was an option to auto-renew data packages right before payment, which was clear and user-friendly. However, after a recent UI update, this option is now automatically turned on and hidden at the bottom of the data package list, making it hard to find. This design change feels like a trap, as it led to unintended charges.

Cannot link VISA card. Viettel should have warned me before I registered an account and then cannot use it because I do not have a domestic bank card number.
