Your body cannot make Omega 3 fatty acids itself, but it uses them every day in many important processes such as maintaining a normal blood pressure, heart, vision and brain function. Each of our Omega 3 softgel capsules contains 1,000mg of fish oil, over a third of which is pure Omega 3 fatty acids – a higher level than in many fish oil supplements with a concentration of 120mg of Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 180mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA.) The oil is also highly purified, which means that all the nasties such as pollutants, saturated fat and cholesterol have been filtered out, leaving only the good stuff – and it doesn’t taste or smell fishy, either.
The DHA and EPA in our softgels are associated with lowering the risk of heart disease by helping to reduce inflammation, promote healthy triglyceride levels and blood pressure.
